They looks like Chyromyidae to me, but I don't know this behaviour for this familly...

The spider is Dolomedes sp. or something similar if it is really from Malasya. Nevertheless it belongs to the Pisauridade family, 100% sure. And the predated spider is a salticid... Usually it is common to see milichiids near the preys of spiders. It is common to see near Argiope bruennichi when this spider is eating her prey many milichiids around.
