Difficult to see, but yes, I do see your point, it seems genarum. This is a small and atypical Calliphora (in most cases) Theo |

Nice and artistic photo! C. genarum should have only short pubescens on the arista. Judging from black ground color of the face and the long antennae, I would suggest a female loewi. Not many other options, as stelviana is not this silverish. |

In which case the calyptra is really partly dark and we are not looking at a shadow. You are right that it should be, since genarum it cannot be. Theo |
