Hello,

I already apologize for the crop of this fly but I made it with my magnifying lense and have no other picture/perspective.
The size and the dewdrops might be a big problem to ID this diptera but I'll give it a try.
Maybe there is somebody who can give at least a littel hint...?

Btw: The external link will not be erased! ;-)

Cheers

P.S.: Click the thumbnail and than do that two more times for high resolution image.

Everything looks like Pollenia to me this week Smile Probably way off this time though, but could it be Calliphoridae?
Stephen.

No, with these strong upcurved bristles on parafacialia, this is a Tachinidae, probably an Exorista.
Stephane.

Hmm, I'm a little bit confused now...
Is it Calliphoridae or Tachinidae?

Tachinidae. The antennal shape is not to be expected in Calliphoridae.
