Lauxaniidae Sapromyza albiceps is the closest match (visually) in the Gallery...Don't know if it is right though ???

Sapromyza albiceps seemed a good ID(ea) to me.Smile

Thanks for your replying to my question. Personally I think that the charateristics fit perfectly with Sapromyza albiceps.
