I might be WAY off, but could it be Syrphidae?

Norway, 08.10, between 5 and 10 mm

Hello,

According to the Rotheray, it could be a Dasysyrphus sp. The picture of Dasysyrphus tricinctus, page 139, is very similar.

It is definitely a Syrphid for the fused posterior spiracles (the black and short tubercles in between the long blackish 'hairs"at the posterior end) are diagnostic for the family. In other families the posterior spiracles are not fused. I'm not familiar with terrestrial syrphid larvae, so you may trust Pierre on this one.
