Hello! The 1.5 mm Thaumatomyia is evident, but what about the even smaller (1-1.2 mm) black one? Elachiptera? Oscinella? Both at the light in garden last night (northwest Germany). There are a few Palaearctic ones that are not entirly black, like Spelobia ochripes, the yellow-legged spelobia (which also happens to have a yellowish head).
