It's a dry flower head of some sort – not sure what species!

this is Physocephala rufipes, and these pictures are STUNNING!

When you say Stockholm, is that the Uppland part or the Södermanland part? If it is Södermanland? It makes a difference when it comes to keeping track of the province records...
