SmileHello, I am Cesa, newest member of Diptera.info.
Who can identify the attached fly? It comes from East Turkey, Van, total length of body about 7-8mm. Fotographed by Muhabbet Kemal in October.

* no spaces or extra punctuation and the only dot allowed is the one before the file extension
* be <190KB in size
* be no wider than 640 pixels in any dimension
