Is this correct?, what kind of Anthomyiidae?

Pegomya betae could be.
(Hind tibia 4-5 ad + ad on mid tibia longer than pd + thorax and abdomen strongly spotted around setae)

If it is Pardelia sp., could change it is 'Paradelia intersecta'
A common species for the Netherlands.

Perhabs someone can confirm this?
