Sorry, I have to change my mind : I can see a posterior on tibia 1, 2 prescutellar acr. and crossveins seems rather strongly infuscated, so it implies Phaonia tuguriorum instead (can't enough see for #2 to tell whether it is the same species).

Stephane, I have added to large pics to the Muscid #2 thread. I was happier with that pic so I hoped it was id'able.
