The picture is not mine, it was taken by Pedro do Rego and Carmen Juárez in Cantabria (northern Spain, rainy weather, meadows, etc.), may 19th (2009).

It´s beatifully much too spotted for my ignorance Grin

This is even much better. This is a Lauxaniidae - maybe a Sciasminettia sp ?. I would like to know the GPS coordinates for this one.
