5mm. It looks rather like Minettia plumicornis in the Gallery, but I can't see the striped eyes there. Am I in the right area?

M. Plumicornis have not dark legs! Unfortunatelly, i dont know, what it is Frown.

This is not a species of Minettia - a lauxaniid yes. Where is this from? That would help a lot!

This was in an ornamental park in North West England. The plant is an evergreen Lonicera, close to mature ivy (Hedera helix).
