Yes. According to the World Catalogue (Norrbom et al., 1999), it is Euleia rotundiventris, but this is just a matter of lumping/splitting strategy. Indeed, all of the Euleia-group genera (Euleia, Cryptaciura, Pterochile and mine Odnosumyia) have the same structure of male and female genitalia, which is the key character in the Trypetini, but different wing pattern and shape, so I am using the name Cryptaciura only because of certain hysteresis of my brain.
