 Is it posssible with genus and species from this picture?
Perhaps a female Bithia about 10 mm long.

 No, Bithia is very different.

This is the female of Erycilla ferruginea, currently often put in the genus Allophorocera (I'm oldfashioned as well).
Just a habit, no scientific meaning
