Platystomatidae family? But seems different, so I don't know family of this dipter... ID please.

That is Platystoma, yes, but I do not thinlk this is P. seminationis that we have here in the northwest of Europe.

here (spain) recorded:
Platystoma euphorbiinum, P. gemmationis, P.lugubre, P.seminationis and P. tegularum
remember many records can differ between portugal-spain
