I'm not an expert, but isn't the hind femur partly black in rufipes (contra its name) ? Theo |

I look again, here: http://home.hccnet.nl/mp.van.veen/conopidae/physocephala.html "lemur uniformly reddish - P. rufipes" I´m really not an expert either, so I appreciate all comments. ![]() What about P. laticinta? Oh, if it is from Sweden, there is little choice. Given the time of year, it should be rufipes. Sorry for the confusion Theo |
