If I'm correct about the family, I'll have a wild stab in the dark and guess Phaonia? I trust someone will put me right soon enough...

Actually this is close to but not Ph. valida. This is Phaonia errans : frontal triangle very narrow and reaching antennae base, no reddish occipital hairs, vein M1+2 not bent apically and antennae darker.
