Smallish Tachinidae ??

Seeing a lot of these flies in the garden at the moment often hanging about on flowers. Taken Yesterday south coast UK- about 4mm body length.
Can only guess at it being a Tachinid ??

Maybe not Phania, but Leucostoma?

Rhinophora lepida (Rhinophoridae).

Very common at the moment

Oh, the topcell is stalked, that is why.
The mouth margin is projecting, contra Leucostoma
