Very small 2-3mm seen in the garden yesterday. Spines on legs appear to be different to my last posts of Sympycynus pulicarius. Hopefully this is something different and ID'able. Just as a query. I recently posted one which was ID'd as an Achalcus sp.. As I only seen it though the camera eyepiece, could you tell me what size it was??? I know it can't have been more than a couple of mm. Been looking for it again to get a better photo, but have kept finding S.pulicarius. How do they compare sizewise. Roger Thomason attached the following image: ![]() [103.36Kb] |

Fore coxa mainly, and fore femur largely, black; 1.75-2.5 mm - pulicarius (Fallén) Achalcus cinereus: 2.3 (male) – 2.5 (female) BTW, do you have published list of Shetland Doli? Please send me pdf. Igor Grichanov |
