I need male(s) of Limnophora beckeri Stein to finish revision of this group of Limnophora - very small flies with long anennae. May be collecting by swapping in grass plot on Canary. Looks as related Limnophora sp.nov on photo, about 3mm. Information from museums will be also very wellcome, I'll write in museum myself if there are this species. Maybe if Isidro will go to Canaries again, it will be more easy for you. ![]() |

Hi friends! Nobody wants to spend couple weeks on Canary? What a pity! I think it is a good place... Edited by Nikita Vikhrev on 11-07-2009 22:45 Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

I repeat my request. At least, any information about presence/abcense of this species in Museums is strongly wellcome. Dear Datch colleagues, have you Limnophora beckeri in the Netherlands, please! Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
