July 03, 2009, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. Female: wing length 7.5 mm (wing more yellowish than in male); male: wing length 7 mm.

Mine is certainly Dicranophragma (Brachylimnophila) separatum, not sure about your fly (lateral aspect of aedeagal complex would help). |
