 Hi,
This Tachinidae emerged from a caterpillar on Foeniculum.
Stephane Lebrun suggested Actia or Peribaea.
Can I have your opinion?

 My guess is Actia sp. - the anal vein doesn't appear to reach the wing margin. Smile
