Am I correct in thinking this is a Sciara sp.? And if so, is it possible to determine which species?

Almost certainly hemerobioides: if you had waited a second longer, the male might have been in view in the 2nd pic.

Thanks Phil. I did get more shots of course, but things got a bit frantic after this one and all were too blurred to be of use.
