All black legs = more likely D atricapilla (althugh it seems to have pale knees - not usual in atricapilla.

Another late respons but this is, despite the dark legs, Dioctria hyalipennis/baumhaueri. D. atricapilla is plump with thicker legs and it prefers to hang in the vegetation rather than sit on it. Males atricapilla have distinct blue eyes and females more green. Dusting of the back of the thorax is reduced to clear lines. For comparison: http://waarneming.nl/waarneming/view/77062327
