I know I have seen this one before, perhaps even posted a query about here. But who is this?

Size: ~7-8mm
Date: 31 May 2009
Location: Vegetation near a path. Decideous forest area (Helsingborg, Sweden)

I'd say Phaonia serva according to the characters I can see.
