Although the abdomen can't be seen very good, it looks like you are right about this being not Opomyza petrei but O. germinationis. And thanks for the coordinates, that is appreciated!

Sorry I couldn't get a better shot of abdomen..not easy with a neck-brace and a back-brace (following botched flying attempt  ) at ground level under a Blackcurrant Bush... Regards Roger |
