from what i've learned here i'd say it's a Hybotidae, but i couldn't find it in the gallery. from koenigsforst (forest) near cologne, germany, june 1 2009. body length maybe 3-5mm?

Hybotidae is ok, probably a Platypalpus. Igor might know more. |
