Location: Valdelinares, Teruel, NE Spain. 1900 meters above sea. Habitat: Over flowers. Many insects in the flowers. Date: Yesterday. Size: as big as one large Calliphora or a Tachina fera.    Thanks Isidro |

Thanks Neprisikiski. It's different to the last Ernestia that I put here: much bigger and much more clear in colour. I hope that it becomes to anothes species. We wait for Theo |

Only four species recorded from Spain! Ernestia argentifera, E. puparum, E. rudis, E. vagans It can't be choosed between these species? |

Thanks Theo, then I will put Ernestia aff. rudis. Impossible absolutely for my camera to be more sharp and focused. Except the head in second picture. But the other photos I thinks that are focused... |

You are right. The focus is OK, you are lacking focal depth. Which may be difficult to solve with some types of cameras. Theo |
