Muscidae, Azeliini. I think it's a female Thricops, and the golden dusting is reminiscent of T. nigrifrons. I'm gonna look at my specimens to verify my guess, but it will stay a guess anyway.

I have had a look at my specimens : all seems identical. I now put my money on Thricops nigrifrons.

It is female of Th. longipes: at last image (which should be added to Gellery) we can see:
1. Scutum in posterior view with distinct median vitta
2. t3 with at least 3 ad

Th.longipes is on my checklist Wink, looks like Stephane would have lost his money...still, it isn't often he gets any wrong. Not a lot of difference between the two species.

There is no Stephane's fault: no one among available keys (Hennig, Fonseca, Gregor et al., Savage) gives correct answer how to separate nigrifrons and longipes.
