Thanks Paul. Now that narrows it down to 3 sp. and looking at the photos in the gallery, stabulans seems the most similar based on the shape of the medial vein. Can anyone confirm, or am I expecting too much from a photo? Thanks Tim |

This is Muscina levida : all is black except the tip of scutellum, and the r4+5 cell is only slightly narrowed apically.
