Hi

Another robber from mid-Wales, seen in my garden on June 9th 2009. Upland area, surrounding habitat is a mixture of grazing land and mixed woodland. Is it an usually dark, male Leptarthrus brevirostris ?

Forgot to say length ~10mm

Thanks Paul,

It was the hind tarsus that made me think L.brevirostris, but none of the images or descriptions I could find showed it as being so black.

It is very dark. Perhaps a little greasy...?
