Hello,

I need help with this Tephritidae species. Have searched the photo albums but couldn't
settle on anything there.

Found this in Brandenburg, Germany, in a garden next to a lake and forests on May 31st 2009

Maybe it's not Tephritidae at all. Maybe You could find something similar from the photo gallery when You open Sciomyzidae.
