I collected this tachinid near a river in the north of Portugal. Which one is it?

Yes, that should be Paracraspedothris montivaga.

Very Elfia-like, but with typical 'Medin'-dusting' on the thorax
(it belongs to Blondeliini as Medina,so that figures)
