 Seen 1 juni on a reed straw by the Lake Malaren, 30 km NW Stockholm, Sweden.

Not big, as you can see when compare with my fingers, but a big appetite.

It looks like a diptera larva to me. ? Anybody who knows what it is?

 I think it is an ichneumon (appears to have a head capsule, and very similar to the ichneumons that sit like collars on spiders)
