can anybody tell me, way this is not carbonaria (I gess it is)? Male and female.

No idea what species, but I think you have two different species here...

definitely 2 species.
unluckely i don't have any experience with alpine Cheilosia.

Yes, sorry it is just the male one that should be carbonaria.
