Hi, this one was found in a forest area, 680 meters a.s.l. Is ist deteminable?

Can't be sure of this one, not enough in focus. It looks a bit like Hylemya partita but that is a quess. This should have a pv seta on the hind tibia, but this is cut off in the photo. The arista looks as if there are long rays (one visible?) |

Hylemya sp. all black legs, either partita or variata. Can't see hind tibia setae clearly |
