I seldom pay attention to hoverflies but this one looked quite unfamiliar to me.

I would guess Platycheirus podagratus. The legs are very distinctive in this species, although your photo does not give quite the right view to be sure. The shape of the abdomen and what I can see of the orange spots looks right too. Also antennae uniformly dark.

I would say, its a kind of Xylota, X. florum or one ofe the similar species.
