Today (28/05/2009) I found this fantastic flyGrin!! I assume this is Trigonometopus frontalis, is that correct? If so, I think it's new to the Iberian PeninsulaShock.

Are these crazy kind of Lauxaniids also found in Europe? Wouldn't have tought soSmile Nice one!

This is very common in wetlands throughout Europe, so odd-looking, not rare (bit like me, in fact !)

LOLSmile. Thank you Phil, so maybe this species is rarer in the Iberian Peninsula? Maybe it's more adapted to cooler places...
