Today (28/05/2009) I found this fantastic fly !! I assume this is Trigonometopus frontalis, is that correct? If so, I think it's new to the Iberian Peninsula .location: Estarreja, Portugal  |

Are these crazy kind of Lauxaniids also found in Europe? Wouldn't have tought so Nice one! |

This is very common in wetlands throughout Europe, so odd-looking, not rare (bit like me, in fact !) |
