If none of the wing-veins are bristly, and there is a comb at the end of the anterior tibia, this is likely to be a Bradysia...beyond that, insufficient detail visible. |

Dear Phil, I can see the comb. So I think it as Bradysia very likely. I also made a phioto of the teminal segments of antenna.
