Muscidae - Phaonia spec?

 Hello forum,

Today I found this Muscidae. Searching for the right name I found only one ID: Phaonia bitincta. But this species is no dutch fly, at least it's not present at www.nederlandsesoorten.nl. Could it be this species or is it another one?

 Phoania subventa, very close species but well more common.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
