Hi, after this week finding Megamerina and Cremifania, and last week also finding 4 new Diptera families that I've never seen, could it be that this small fly given to me by mother nature is also a new family, the Carnidae? Grin I found it already dead on a leaf. NE Hungary, 680 m high, in forest. I'm asking if it's Carnidae because the first hit in google shows a verysimilar one (dawing on delta intkey).

No, it is Milichiidae, Phyllomyza sp.
Carnidae have approximated crossveins and size 2 times less than Phyllomyza. If you want Carnidae, use rotten meat or fresh to medium old carrion. The best is white cat, dead 2 days ago. Why white? Because Carnidae are black. Why cat? Because I like dogs and wish them remain alive!

Thank You Nikita, I think instead of cats I'll wait til it's summer and go to a place nearby where there are some Carnids according to Laszlo Papp, these were found feeding on horse dungs (Lipizzaner horses are kept on a plain in the mountain area).
