Minettia - but which?

Hi, Some days ago I met this Minettia in my garden. It recalls M. longiseta, but as I do not recognize the hairy arista I feel uncertain about a species name. Can you help me? Thanks, Sundew Sundew attached the following image: ![]() [112.04Kb] |

Minettia lupulina should have a black margin of the scutellum, with the black extending onto the disc of the scutellum...

I am sorry, I forgot to see to the scutellum . So it is probably M. longiseta, but the shape of the scutellum in specimen from my comparative collection is different. But I dont know this species very good.Katka |

Where does flaviventris fit in with these species with grey mesonotum?

M. flaviventris is simillar, but it has dorsocentral seta before sutura. Katka |
