16 May, Amstelveen the Netherlands; bramble bush near rough grassland, pond and dith nearby. Based on a comparison with the gallery, I came up with Epicampocera succincta. This is not Epicampocera succinta. My guess is Pales pavida.

Yes, the pale brown hind tibia is fairly clear and there is just a hint of the downward pointing facial ridge bristles.
