Fly from Hong Kong: long-legged hoverfly or others?

Found today in a remote river valley. Body length about 10mm.
At first sight I thought it was a snipe fly but later found it looked like a hoverfly.
Its family is... ?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
