 Syrphid fly, Parhelophilus versicolor?

Hi, I wonder if I have the ID correct of this Syrphid fly. I found it sunning on a leaf in an area of wetlands in a local nature park in Gent, Belgium on 13th May.

Sorry don't manage to upload my pics, I've reduced it to the requested 72 dpi and they have less than 200 kb and the file name doesn't has any capitals...  |
