Two small ones, Dolichopodidae

Hi I found these two small flies walking on lichen-rich calcareous rocks in northern Spain (Alava) at about 800m high. The first beautiful-eyed one is about 2mm long, the second blackish one about 3 mm. I would appreciate any help in the identification!
