Hi,

This specimens most probably Tabanus bromius flavofemoratus Strobl, 1908. It would be better &#305;f you could send to photo of frontal stripe

Tabanus flavofemoratus or Tabanus bromius ???

I see no reason for flavofemoratus, whether that is a species or not, it might very well be bromius. We can't see the femora (can we ?) and there is no appendix to vein R.
