2mm fly with big eyes

Can anyone ID this tiny fly with the big eyes. Approximately 2mm overall length. Found in Queensland, Capricornia region.

I would say Dolichopodidae, but better wait for the experts.Smile

Male Diaphorus: eye contiguous above antennae, strong apical spines on abdomen.
