Rhamphomyia cinerascens, the femele has darkened posterior margin of the wings. Still, you need to be carefull, because R. sulcata and R. sulcatella are about at the same time and sometimes at the same locality. Please post for the gallery.

By the way;
does R. sulcata and R. sulcatella have that darkened margin as well?

No, the female of R.sulcatella has shortly pennate legs. R. sulcata have normal legs and normal wings.
