Hello! This little fly (4-5mm) was found on 15. March 2009 in Tunisia on the edge of a saltlake. It is a species of Bombyliidae? Usia subgenus Micrusia. There is a great diversity in the Magreb, most of them undescribed, cannot see all required features in these photos but i am fairly sure this is an undescribed species. Any specimens? please post exact locality, ideally L&L Edited by David Gibbs on 31-03-2009 09:41 |
